Game freezes time to time.

I have a good connection as well as good download speed cause I dont have hardly but a 20 seconds load time for 45 min long youtube videos wile I watch them, and say again, the east server has met its limits. And again, DO is the only game that has this problem on any online game I play.

 

12:40 AM. (1:40 AM Server Time) Not one ounce of lag. If there is a period of time where I do not have the freezing, its not my connection. Because when DO is having this error, I can still run any and so far all online games, youtube and any constant streaming game. So It has to do with server capacity, im sure more than 5000 players are on each server now that its almost 2015

 

i agree with Beg4YourLife because i can play other online games or watch videos on other sites with no problems. But i can't play or even load dark orbit in the evening most of the time. My son plays alot of online games with very little to no lag in the evening and i have tried on his pc and get the same results this realy sucks and only started happening about 2 weeks ago.

 

One thing: BP is experiencing DDoS attacks, increasing lag for everyone.
2- Check what server you are on, you may be living somewhere that's far from the server's host location.
3- Server's lag builds up through the day, that's why it resets in the morning and gets laggy in the evening/night time.

 

Lag actually gets bad when the server fills up. Has nothing to do with server location, cause I am relatively close to the east coast. Server restarts at 6am, but lag starts at 4pm and lets out at 12am. Prime time for most on the server to be out of work.

PS. I can also run a game booster and the freezes still stay the same, I do belive those who swap to the new U verse by AT&T will have these freezes cause DO hasnt touched the servers since 09. Close to near 6 years oh abandonment. Therefore its not us, its the servers.

You guys think these 3rd party programs will help you with your freezing. The less stuff you have running the better. I never freeze while I play so it is something you guys

Maybe a virus or your browser sucks. I have 4 different computers. All of then run darkorbit without a problem while I'm using a VPN. I have no Game booster since that is just an unneeded program using up Space.

When I'm playing darkorbit. The things that I have running are my VPN, my basic Microsoft services and explorer.exe. Anything more just slows down your computer.

 

And here i was thinking it was just my pc that was causing this...but as i can see, it wasn't my pc afterall...anyway, these freezes started happening to me around last week. I'd occasionally freeze for a few seconds, whilst on cubes...it generally happened around 2-4 times a day, all in x6 maps.
