game hanged at Kappa gate

    Dear Team,

    I got hanged on kappa gate and got killed by convict alien ship. Now i have just 2 lives remains and i fear that if i loose them like this i would miss my gate .... please need your help for getting my life back. You can check my log book for the same.

    Posting this in forums does nothing. They can not doing anything about you getting... "hanged" in the gate. Write support, where they still will not give you the life back, as they do not do that. If you lose the gate due to a game issue, then support will give the gate back where you were.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    For future references:
    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and you need to Contact Support within 48hrs for any further assistance on this issue.

    Note: Gate reset is done only when you lose complete gate.

    Closing as OP was directed to support/ answered.
