game lagging and freezing on west coast server

    what is going on with the west coast server? i can play just fine no lag or nothing in the morning but in the afternoon and evening i lag and freeze for long periods of time and sometimes i can't even get logged in to play. the back page even loads really slow. it's not my pc or internet i have logged on to east coast and global Europe and have no problems at all just west coast. i like playing west coast and would like to see problem fixed what ever it may be. i have seen some people say that i am to far away from west coast server but only started having this problem about 1 month ago and getting worse and i think the Europe sever is farther away for me than west coast. i have been on all of them at prime time for that server and west coast is only one it happens at. any help would be great.     Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us here in the Tech section, as you have stated... you play on the west server and this issue happens more so in the afternoon and evening. As many players play that server are from various parts of the world, the time that they log in may be your evening and afternoon. Thus putting more people interactive into the game at those particular times. Also please keep in mind that players are more abundant during the weekends as well.

    I am sorry that you are experiencing a lag and slow gaming. What I can recommend is that you look at your system and see if you have other items running in the background that may cause your graphic card to run slower. Also clearing of the cache and flash storage data more frequently could help to resolve some of the issue.
