Game not loading

Suddenly the game does not load for a couple of days in a row now, keeps hanging on de loading page. cleared cache and even reinstalled the game, but no change.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Having same issues but can’t get it resolved even punched my pc screen figuring it was my pc but seems like a game issue

 

Maybe its your punch try it again harder

 

sometimes when i get a " bad gateway" notice. i found that picking a server fixes the issue. hope that will help.

The GA2 gives an error when trying to login: 502 Bad Gateway, Powered by Tengine
Any ideas? Other servers seem to work.

same, i hope there is compensation or event extension, i can login but get stuck in infinite loading

 

Can not play game for three day now also. Could not collect any rewards on Season pass before it ended so I guess I lost those also.

Like many, I am stuck in infinite "loading" so I am unable to play the game. Started yesterday (25th) for me and still ongoing. Just more of endless problems with this game like the skylab issue that plagued me for several weeks. Now this nonsense. But hey, at least the cheating bots can do their Hallloween gate twice per day while I only have time to do it once per day because I have higher standards in morals and values as a human being...

 

Never really understood the reasoning in cheating at a game you play against yourself. I also wonder if they think they are getting over on themselves and worried they may catch themselves.

Well i'm having the same issue today, on the US server. will not finish loading the loggin bonus page. Figures weekend, if we follow past bugs history, it down till Monday.

 

Same here, stuck on loading. It happened yesterday half an hour before midnight when i was trying to relog and hasnt been resolved. Losing hundreds of thousands of potential uri and candy corn and thousands of EE from not being able to play. And if this not fixed quick or event is not extended, also the last battlepass mission. Compensation would definitely be in order here...

 

so, i changed my way of loading the program, from a short cut to loading it from the list. this fixed it and i got into game page. hope this helps.
