game problems crashes noises freezing

I have been having a few problems with the game.

1 strange beeping noise when you jump to 1 6 through portal

2 game freeze when your in 4 5 map just as you jump through the gate two 1 5 map portal disappears cant see ship.

3 login problems cant login loads up to end then start button does not appear.

4 game just crashes says no connection found it says no internet found but other sites work no problem.

5 I have cleared catch and everything else just keep having problems.

6 main page freezes have to log out and start again.

7 achievements not appearing in achievements hanger.

I could go on but that will do for now.

I have just finished World Destroyer in achievements but it seems to have disappeared from achievement points. NO Badge what's going on with this game.

you completed the achievement and then what are you saying you lost it

 

I completed world destroyer and its no in achievements disappeared all together. its not in achievements any more where did it go i have no idea.

 

oh i know what you mean now it means your close to it just keep dealing damage and it will come up again. trust me its there but it doesn't show it .happened with destroyer and death defying with me

 

It seems to have appeared in achievements again but not giving me it yet ok cheers.

 

mods will need more information than you have given in order to help you. the 2 biggest things they will need is your uid and the server this happened, but i can tell you from experience that sometimes what you do doesn't count toward your achievements. i should have gotten king midas a day before it showed in my achievements, but when i actully hit the 2.5mil uri mark i had had just finished a gamma gate and it didn't count that uri toward the achievement. if you just keep playing you'll get it sooner or later.

 

The game still not starting when loading goes right to the end but does not start. gb1

I apologise for the issues you are experiencing however you are not alone. We have had several reports of the issues you are experiencing and we are trying to collect all the information in a single thread >>HERE<<.

It would be incredibly greatful if you could post your connection/lag/loading issues there and also fill out the details asked in the first post. If you also know how to perform a ping test (instructions also in first post), it would also be helpful if you could post your results.

Support are monitoring this thread since they asked for the details of the issues from the users, however i would still like to apologise for the inconvenience being caused at this moment in time.

Regarding the beeping noise issue, this is also something that has been passed on to be tested. However can i ask that you describe your achievement issue in more detail (which achievements are affected?).

I'm still having problems login on it lets me on sometimes but mostly not. doing my head in. still not got my achievements badge for world destroyer damit.

I apologise for the any current connection issues that you may be experiencing, support are currently looking into these issues since this has been getting worse over the past week or so.

As for the World Destroyer achievement, can i ask if there is a bar underneath showing your progress? e.g. 12,345,678,910/15,000,000,000

If there is, can i ask that you try looking it it before you log into the game for a session, make a note of it somewhere, then look again at if after when you log out. I just want to see if the damage is increasing or whether it is staying the same.

I have finished it mate its right at the end 15000000000 I finished it nearly 3 weeks ago its frozen in achievements.
cheers./ also the game comes up then just shuts down giving me you are not connected to the internet when I clearly am, giving me a blank page it lets me on then just shuts down, or I STILL CANT go buy the start up just keeps trying to load. It works now and again but mostly just shuts down.

 

Just tried to load the game still not letting me on just keeps loading getting a bit sick of this aaa.
