    Hi there,

    I have had an initial response and from first glance we are also seeing that this particular achievement seems to be 'greyed out' with no progress showing.

    Due to this the issue will continue to be investigated higher, however i would just like to thank you for your patience whilst this does get looked into.

    Maybe by having somebody look into this for you, it fixed whatever the issue was in the system and got it working again. I am glad that this problem is now resolved for you.
