Game problems during Prosperous event - Compensation booking via script

    Hello Space Pilots,

    We are pleased to announce that we are running a compensation script to compensate all players that had premium, subscriptions and boosters running during the affected period. We are also booking the rewards of the Monthly Deluxe Calendar for players who couldn’t claim them during the affected period.

    Please find the details below:
    Following items between Jan 27th 13:30 to Jan 29th 23:59 CET will be compensated:
    • 3 Days Premium
      • To all players who had premium during the affected period
    • Real-time boosters
      • The duration of boosters that were active during the affected period (eg: if they had 10 hours of booster left, we'll be compensating them 10 hours of that booster)
    • Shop Discount for 1 week
      • To all players who had this subscription during the affected period
    • Monthly Deluxe Calendar
      • Rewards in Monthly Deluxe Calendar that players weren't able to claim between Jan 27th - 29th
