Game Server Connection Timeouts / Login Failures

  1. Going to try and give as detailed as a report so BP's network engineers can take a crack at it

    Times of Occurence

    Times occuring (From when I'm on in PM hours, in EST (GMT -5):

    ~5-7PM (Intermittent connections sometimes, heavy packet loss / latency / connection drop)
    ~8-10PM (Heavy Connection Loss, impossible to even get an established connection login 99% of the time).
    ~10:30PM-1AM (No connection possible, connections possible sometime, connections being dropped very often, no persistent state connection).

    Will often vary, no exact times other than from 10-11PM, 99% guaranteed to be unable to connect

  3. Greetings. Have shot a short video detailing some of the more minor connection stuttering issues. This documents how the game starts to stutter before all BP game servers on the US network become inaccessible for me
     
  4. Same Problem I am having. Still nothing back from DO. I am very discouraged. I have Brighhouse Cable . Had them check everything for me. They found nothing wrong. Now I have contacted them to give me a new gate as I lost mine due to all this trouble.

  6. I'd like to report that I'm on US3 and have been plagued with these issues since just before last demaner event.

    I'm happy to say that for two days now, problems have vanished, everything is working great!

    Have no idea how or why, guys, sorry.;)

    I did switch browsers but it still was acting the same way for a day or two after that. Seems to have been just after the midday server restart a couple days ago that it corrected itself.o_O (fyi, switched to Firefox, pretty happy w it's performance.)

    I'm hoping i didn't jinx myself by saying this, but i feel it was necessary since I have been outraged for weeks over it.

    Still would appreciate some sort of compensation for sticking it out thru the mess.:p

    EDIT: Def aware of the lame oh compensations, I never expect anything from BP except excuses.

    [*PEACEKEEPER*] - Thank you for taking the time to put together all the information that I requested. I will pass this on for further investigation on the matter and hopefully we will be able to find a resolution to your issue.

    †~Death~from~Above~† - We are glad to hear that your game is working again, as for compensation... that is never done on an individual basis. If and when a compensation package is given it, it is given server wide. Those are also posted in the Official Announcements.
