Gamma gate lag

    support is not helping me, help a lot of tickets none reply, i was in gamma and suddenly lag spike hit and all the aliens froze and as i know this happens because this happened in alp gate yesterday i was moving away however the devolos wasn't but nothing happened i then, turn off the game internal start and started again and i was popped looked to me like i wasn't moving but it looked like the ship was moving then the spike hit

    please can i get my last life back, support not answering, please help admins

    MW2-B†ט∑kQÞ∫™, As you have contacted Support regarding your issue, you will have to be patient and await a response from them. Support is the only place for gate reset requests. As long as you have requested the reset within 48hrs, and you have not requested a reset in the last 30 days, you should get the gate reset, but it is the sole decision of Support.

    Closing as player has contacted Support and this is a Gate Reset issue.
