    Please help, I just lost my Gamma gate on the sibelonit wave due to the server kicking me out. What should I do?

    Contact support and request a gate reset, if you haven't had one in the last 30 days/month then they should give you your gate back, I'm pretty sure no one on forums can help with lost gates.

    As you are correct all gate reset issues will need to go through support.
