Gamma massive lag spikes

Gamma gate on Siblinit wave.
everything was fine. i had chat non-viewable, player names off, lasers off, all setting sto the lowest for best performance (even though i run a $1300 PC)
FPS was 76 and memory was 112 the first time the lag spike occurred, and 79 FPS with 102 Memory the 2nd time.
both times i entered the gate, i ran CCleaner on top of my McCaffee PC cleaner followed by a restart before hitting the jump button (yes, i know enough about flash players to know how to optimize for best performance) and was at least half way finished with the siblinit waves before the massive lag spike (resulting in 45seconds of frozen game client with no other windows open, even turned off Mcaffee so that it wouldn't hog the PC resources) and died twice.
i am only asking for one life back even though i lost 2, so if this is acceptable, i would appreciate that life.
thank you and hope you guys might consider maybe making the npc's hit harder rather then have 40-80 of them on the spawn. might reduce lag considerably and save you guys time on emails and threads and tickets.

 

We cannot return individual lives only the gate once all lives have been lost. You can only request one reset every 30days. Also you will need to contact support to request this as we can no longer deal with them in forums due to security considerations.

 

Considering this, I completed my Alpha but I needed a reset do to technical problems. So if I send in a request this month for BETA gate will they fix it next month.

 

It needs to be withing a 48hrs of losing the gate, it cannot be held over to the next 30 days
