Gate reset?

    With the new forum, I don't know where to request a gate reset, so there was actually a technical issue with it. I was on the protegit wave in gamma and I was kami-ing, and I tried to change my configuration, and it wouldn't let me switch. I use my tank side to kami, and my speed side to run to the other side. Now the issue is, I switched to speed after a kami, ran to the other side, and tried to switch my config. It NEVER changed to my tank configuration, and the protegits killed me on my last life. I lost a life to them the first time in that wave because kami wasn't working. The same kami issue happened in the Kristallon wave. Can I request the reset here or is there another area?

    Hi.
    As much as I would like to reset your gate for you I am afraid that you will now need to contact support as Tech isn't private anymore.
