GB1 -Cant log on !!

GB1 been strange all week, first couldnt chat with out turning off chat, or opening closing pet or even closing game page

Logged on GB1 at 7am today had gibberish on command pannels, on all sectores
Than back page kept going black, or freezing

Now i have spent TWO HOURS trying to log on and have done all the following with no results:-
1) Cleared cach
2) Made sure flash, jarva and adobe up todate
3) Run cleaner
4) Used Ie, Chrome, Firefox,
5) Turned spyware to game mode

Really not happy with DO

I've have this problem since Wednesday afternoon when they done 3 unscheduled restarts in 24 hours time and now the game is utterly destroyed. I'm giving up for the next month and will prolly come back and see if I can get a decent Easter weekend of play

 

I have similar problems. Can't log on, space map will not load,switching between items on back page needs to be refreshed.It's been crazy. I can hardly even xfer materials to ship from skylab with out a problem.

I wrote to support they didnt helped me a lot, now im w8ing what they will recommend me more.

Support are aware of the issue, however it is believed that it is a flash player/browser issue and not from the DO side, support are trying to find a fix for the issue.

I have managed to log in into the server after refreshing the loading page quite a few times, I know it is frustrating for some players but please remain patient while a fix can be found.

Thanks White_Pepper for confirmation Support know, and are working on it. I just got a reply from them telling me to try a different brower

Just wanted to offer confirmation that all the above mentioned glitches are affecting other players, I have been having problems since Friday. ( This is GB1 ). I am reluctant to change browser etc, as I feel this is not something I should be forced to do in order to run a game. I don't know what Adobe are up to. I'm running Chrome and its been fine up to now. tbh, I dont recall any adobe updates in the last few days. There was a java update last week, that was for mozilla browsers though.

errr why did you get banned m8? why do 'they hate' you? Do you know something we arent supposed to know? Should I be obtaining false documents and fleeing the Orbit?

they didnt email sayin it was a browser issue but a problem there end so guess knw one knws wats happening probly a massiv virus

 

I used chrome, IE and firefox, on none of them work, so no idea what DO are talking abt

 

They havent got a clue, seeing as we are being fobbed of with "we know there is a issue" every time, nothing from the developers just game admin, so i ask the question, has DO been hacked at source?

 

Would be lovely for them to fix the game seeing as ya know, we pay and then get to look like mugs. 3 days is this now? Wd
