GB1 changes , rocket etc

    what the hell is going on guys , rocket fire now 1 per 3 seconds for premium users . shields are showing less pld is firing 1 per second

    what is going on

    EMPs and slow mines are hitting shield damage?
    Non prem turbo rockets 1 every 6 seconds. Is that 1 every 12 seconds for non turbo?

    Edit: PLDs have no cooldown.

    All mines only hit shields, even DDM's DO messed up big time
