GB1 Issue Part 2

It looks like this prediction was pretty good & accurate as the problem still has not been fixed even at 08:30am UK GMT. So much for the Server reset that occurs in the early hours of the morning.

Surely this problem could have been sorted by by-passing the server that is used for GB1.

The other annoying thing is that has it not occurred to somebody from the Tech department to contact Admin/Support & keep them up to date with the problem.

Also, why has there ben no Official Announcement made regarding this issue?

Looks like this problem is a lot more serious that it originally seemed.

Also, up in smoke goes the idea that was to relaunch this game as Dark Orbit Reloaded & make changes in order to entice more & also new players to play.

Well done DO & Bigpoint for not having a back-up plan for a problem like this - you should always have at least one back-up plan!!

Also, there are going to be a lot of disgruntled & unhappy players & it looks like there is going to be a lot of head scratching going on as there is going to have be one big compensation package - not the ridiculous 5% EP or 5% honor & a few gate spins that have been offered in the past.

I personally will most likely not be renewing my premium when it runs out shortly & wonder how many others will do the same & how many will sto spending - I get better Customer Service by contacting Nigerian scammers than DO/Bigpoint offer .. & that has been probably their biggest Achilles heel!!

 

For the first in a few years bought prem wonder what will happen see if we get our hours back from prem lol.

This reminds me 1 of the reasons I stopped spending years ago more fool me .

 

We here in forums are aware of your frustration with the situation involving the inability to access the game. However long dissertations on this matter will not change the fact that there is an issue.

We are currently aware that this issues has effected several servers. This matter is being investigated. Hopefully by the time you receive my post here in forums a resolution will have been found and you can return to your game play.

Players who were still logged in at the time were able to take advantage of Spaceball, Invasion Gate, getting their quests done in more pecae than normal etc.

The main issue ASTRAEA was the long delay in an Official Announcement being made.

Other than that, you may close.
