[GB1] Two problems

I have to - randomly occuring -problems since last week:
1. I'm unable to log in (no connection to the start-page with daily login-bonus)
2. the game-window is stuck having fully loaded (not connecting to the game).
I tried with IE11, Chrome or Firefox, caches cleared, and updated flash player.
How to fix this?

I just know everyone got problem with backpage, and it's quite annoying but you can't fix that. You'll just need to wait until you are able to log in again. (It usually works after 30 mins or so) As for sec. problem I had that before and when I cleared my cache it worked fine. Didn't have that quite a long now but I heard some people did.

Yep, been getting both the above issues as well. Tried all the usual browsers, clear cache etc etc.. Intermittant problem

 

i will be happy to know exactly what DO is doing to resolve the issue? i have just made my new doubler subscription in the hope of getting uris through boxing but just now DO has cost me hundreds of thousands of uris that i was hoping to use to build my GG for my LF4 and HAVOCS? does DO have the decency to compensate me / us for this loses?
