    Friday night, time to bash some gates, but oh no the client wont load, what's the problem this time BP?

    cooljak u muppet, thats issues on Global Europe, this is GB1 and hasn't been a problem the past 2 days like that post says. I've been getting same Richie but now finally on after 3 hours or retrying (man I hate this game!!)

  4. i've been having problems with back page since last night. have to keep using the chrome reload option to get page to come up after clicking something
    this morning my flight page when a bit squwify as well. all the box and button texts were showing the programmers symbols ('btn_text') rather than 'upgrade' for example

    The same thing happened to me this morning...SORT IT OUT!! When I log in it says connection dropped.then reload then the same thing again....

    We are aware of this issue and it has been passed to support, so it can be looked into and please be patient as it will be fixed shortly.

    Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?

    Yes Now Saturday night and still the same issue, why do DO/BP produce updates etc that obviously don't work, no client page loading and if you manage to get the back page to load as soon as you move to another function, "auction" for example, the whole page logs itself off.
    People will start voting with their feet if they cant get on to play!!
     
  8. It is peak time on a Saturday night and it takes so much bother to finally get the game to load I will just go and play something else. Please announce when you finally fix it because it has been like this for a couple of days now and got much worse today.

    All my other online games play flawlessly and the backpage dying has become so common now maybe it is time to try not to break it in the first place?
     
  9. Some user says DO could be hacked by somebody or DarkOrbit has an attack in a few time.

    Its all good saying that its being looked into, i have premium account counting down with the game unplayable, would any other business treat its "customers" as shabbily as Big Point do? they would soon be out of business if they did.

  11. same here Richie, the game is unplayable and all support say is clear cache lmao, as if its that easy, prem running out along with rebate,doubler and finally my patience..how much longer do we have to wait ?

  14. If they apply an update and you've got a cached version of the client on your PC, then how do you expect the changes to affect you?

    Always clear your cache when told. They are the developers, they know what they're doing.

    For those of you complaining about loss of Premium, that money is already gone. I think, but am not sure, that you're not actually entitled to anything. After all, the Terms of Service that you agreed to clearly state that BigPoint own your accounts, not you.

    Things aren't always perfect - deal with it.

    richie m8 i was able to log in and play after a hundred reloads.i saw a few rage clan on, but u not.I hope you will be able to play again :)

    Your account might be deleted for botting/cheating.In this case you wont get it back.Now if your account was social engeenired(give password to sb else, keylogger program on your pc) the problem is yours.If it was hacked, contact support, giving them proofs that the account was yours, and you will get it back.This thread is absolutely not for this subject, and you are getting off topic.I am sorry that your account has been messed up dude.

    Support are aware of the issue, however it is believed that it is a flash player/browser issue and not from the DO side, please remain patient support are trying to find a fix for the issue
