It happened on Server GE1, the auction in question was running from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on January 5. My UID: 89610181.
At the last 25 seconds, the auction page was just loading and I let the page load for about a minute. Then I tried to open Skylab but after some 30 seconds I was taken to the main Bigpoint page with the message saying something like "Oops, something went wrong".
I tried to relog but it failed at first few attempts. After I managed to log in, I saw that I received neither items nor credits. And as usual, the auction is missing from the history of completed auctions.
This is not the first time such issue has happened but luckily, so far I only lost really small amounts of credits. As I said - luckily...

For the sake of the fairness and principle, I would like those credits back as few months ago a special DarkOrbit script took 62500 credits from me when the glitched auction gave me those credits by error in a form of a refund. So I would like to see a fair play in action here and get my credits back.
Losing credits on auction is becoming increasingly frustrating, so please fix it for good.

    EDIT:
This is a relevant snippet from my balance:
    05.01. 12:15 You collected a bonus box. + 200 C.
    05.01. 12:15 You collected a bonus box. + 200 C.

    05.01. 11:58 Bid submitted - 30,000 C.

    05.01. 11:47 Promerium sold (760) + 760,000 C.
    05.01. 11:20 Bid submitted - 25,507 C.
    05.01. 11:19 Bid submitted - 15,507 C.
    05.01. 11:19 Bid submitted - 15,507 C.
    05.01. 11:19 Bid submitted - 10,007 C.
    05.01. 11:18 Bid submitted - 35,507 C.
    05.01. 11:18 Bid submitted - 25,507 C.

    Total credits lost: 1,306,570.
Note: currently I have premium, so auction wins would be accompanied with the "Premium discount: 5% savings on all successful bids" message in the balance.

The entries in green are not part of the problem, I just marked them to emphasize they are not problematic. Of course, the red ones are.
What else do I need to post for someone to look into it and is there a private section for sensitive user data?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Hello bisphenol,

I could have lost hundreds of millions if I placed a bid on boosters, LF-3, B02 or Iris as GE1 prices are the highest among all servers.
What makes me wander is that no one else reported this issue, while the usual symptom was present - the auction which ended at 12:00 was missing from the history of completed auctions. So everyone bidding at that time should have lost their credits.
This is the 6th time I've lost credits this way, it's quite random and seems to occur at high server loads.
Please pass this on to the test team as frankly, the bidding can turn into a very frustrating issue if not a a nightmare, after placing like 150+ million credits on a highly sought-after item (and possibly win it), only to face a great frustration when there is no item or credits refund at the end of the auction.
Providing proofs of the lost credits and trying to get the credits back by posting here or contacting support is quite far from a pleasant effort...

    Thank you in advance.

  4. Hello bisphenol,

I'm sorry about all the frustration you have went through. This issue is being looked into. I wish I had more information for you, but at this time it is still in the early testing stage. Feel free to update the thread again, if the issue occurs while we are looking into this. Also thank you very much for the logs, the more information we get the better the chances of reproducing the issue.
