    The section rules state that you may post pictures and videos:

    External links are not permitted, but you may include images or videos in your post if you wish.

    Is there another reason as to why he's not permitted to post videos here? If they're related to his clan then I see no reason why he shouldn't be able to.

    Well he/she can post videos or images as here in this section as long as it's related to their clan but Media section can be alternatively used for posting videos and the link of same can be posted here.
