Getting Account Back

Well previously I made a thread which was a great thread that had a lot of great support... apart from rambo.. Sadly a mod shut it down. The thread was called: Banned for Botting.

Now I made this thread for one reason: Help. I got lots of help on that thread which I respect and all good but the help I got on that thread was a bit too extreme. I want to start out with something and not straight away go on taking Bigpoint to court or whatever.

I have contacted support a few times and the first I received an E-mail telling me they can't show me evidence and that I broke the rules and botted. Second e-mail, I told them that I didn't do this and asked them to look into it, they told me that they will not check anything as they think their system is 100% correct.

They didn't reply to an e-mail long after that.

Then I received an e-mail once again telling me the same thing without showing any evidence but ending with "the evidence is clear". How can they say that without any evidence? It also contained "We have been lenient in this case and instead we have terminated your account" in the e-mail... Well alright but can you show me any evidence?

I kept sending them an e-mail and yesterday night I received two replies from REMOVED. The first one was a complete copy of the third one (described in the paragraph before this one), and the second e-mail was a complete copy of the one telling me their system is 100% correct.

Wow, support are running out of excuses and copying and pasting e-mails.

So the whole point of this is, how do I get my account back, what do I say to support, so far it seems they haven't even read any of my past e-mails and just read the words: "banned for botting" and immediately starting copying and pasting.

Hopefully a mod would not close this thread as I need help getting my account back and the players are the best help you can get in this game, not support surprisingly -_-

 

1 you will not get your account back on the other hand there 100% script is a lie as a few 100 if not more player where banned due to a bug in there script that picked up something it should not have. you could sue them but that will cost you more then your account cost but at the end of the day you have contacted support as support ranks higher then the forms you will get no help here and this will be closed.

They should look into it, after all they get paid to SUPPORT players

 

The script they run is very very accurate. I highly doubt they would just ban your account for no reason... Try taking a different approach, I think you should hA e received the email from support along the lines of 'all further emails on this topic will result in the same answer' so that would explain why u think they are copy and pasting. I'm sorry to say its very unlikely you will get it back ,and if a mod has previously closed your thread no point in opening another.

 

What are u talking about immoral, u can't be serious saying their script is 100% accurate . they banned me b4 if u remember 3 months ago for boting unfairly i asked them so many times they were wrong and they always told me their script is 100% accurate. after a week they told me we are sorry we did a mistake .
How can u even say they are completely right ,makes me sick when i think i spent money and i am completly vulnerable in front of them

 

Your not getting your account back, support is delusional and paid to frustrate players, this thread will be closed and you''ll be told to contact support. Good luck on getting your account back but I highly doubt it will happen, not positive but I think they could be breaking a law or two by not showing you evidence, their script is NOT 100% accurate, end of story.

 

This issue is no longer a matter for us to deal with in forums. It is in the hands of support as they have the ultimate decision with regards to these matters. Any further posts will be treated as spam and deleted.
