GG spin ratio...

  1. I noticed today when i was spinning that doing 100 spins as opposed to less spins got me ALOT less.

    My question is what is the ideal amount of spins to get the maximum from my spins?

    Please dont say 1. Out of 100 spins i got 3 gate pieces, so i switched to 5 per spin and got around 6.

  3. I stick to five spins at a time - 1 spin a time got boring - took too long etc. Hit x2 multipliers activate immediately.

    If you use 100s then the spinner will only use x6 multipliers, if you use smaller amounts like 5s or 10s then you tend to use the multipliers at stuff like x2 or x3 so you end up having more chances to get more pieces via the multipliers.

    If you want the best value in the GG spinner you're best of using a multiplier as soon as you get it. Just means more clicking ^^

  6. To get the max from gate spins you have to spin 1 at a time as It gives you
    better control over your multipliers. Personally I use 5 at a time until gate is half
    built then I spin 1 at a time to complete the gate. Using this method I tend to build
    gates cheaper and Quicker:cool:Good Luck.

  8. Everyone gave good advice, but this made the most sense. Using multipliers more often + more chance of using multipliers = higher probability of gate pieces generated.....i see what you did there :)
     
  9. No need to be defensive I never said you were a kid. I would recommend the same thing to anyone of any age.

    Because I made the mistake of investing time and money into this game and regret it.

    Speakers corner. I am just saying my thoughts.

    I say it how it is, if I didn't I wouldn't be me.

  10. I read it the wrong way, sorry your game never worked out dude.

    Hijacking my own thread abit here but box doublers, my PvP maps are pretty empty so im going to spend some time makingg uri and gg spins in there, palla is a pain, people going into palla maps for ships kills - cant be bothered with it.

    Does the box doubler double the current 2 energy you get from PvP maps? So each time i'll get 4 energy? I remember you used to get 1 gg energy in PvP maps when it was meant to be 2, so now that its 2 we get 4 with doubler?

    Hit me back dudes.

    The amount of GG spins is now rounded correctly.
    So you only get 3 spins with a box doubler on PvP maps (1.5 x 2 = 3).
    The good thing is if you have some bonuses, e.g. from pilot bio or from cargo protocols for your PET) and manage to get the multiplier only slightly above 3.5 you get 4 spins.

    i have pilot points bonuses, this is why im seeing 2 gg energy instead of 1.5 on PvP maps? Pretty sweet, its actually paying for itself now. I have tractor beam lvl 2 which is 6% bonus.

    So surely if im getting 2 gg energy it should be 4? Thx for the help el burro i understand it now, the client changed since ive been away :)

    No you wont get 4.
    You are getting 2 now without a box doubler because 1.5 rounded correctly are 2.
    In fact you will need 5 points in tractor beam II to get 4 spins when you collect a box yourself with a box doubler.
