[GI] 50% Boosters

I know DO is aware of the 50% booster issues and that Deter did make a post about boosters earlier today. However, I would just like some clarification on if his post was pertaining to ONLY event related boosters or 50% boosters as well. It does not say anything about 50% boosters and specifically says event boosters.

Yes that announcement only means the boosters that are specific to the current event, according to another post from BA_Deter on this:

Thank you Kyro for posting this. As in post above the developers are still working on the 50% EP & Honor Boosters. At the moment I don't have any information about when it's going to be done but hope we get it soon.

Just spotted this... as BP / DO still have not replied to my report about the 50% EP & Honor boosters not working at the weekend, plus no sign of the missing points being returned.. can any clarify if the 50% EP booster today is working ?

I want to finish some big EP point missions, but am weary about paying AGAIN for another booster that does not work and I will not be reimbursed for.

 

the 50% boosters seem to be working. i got the 50% booster for 24 hours and i still have 10 1/2 hours left as of this posting. I am still waiting for compensation for what I DID buy. i also bought 2 packs of the ascension booster, and weren't credited for that.not sure if that's
related to the 50% boosters being nerfed. Thus endeth the sermon.

I did 6 GG's over weekend and lost a huge points haul.. 50 % EP & Honor + 2 x 10% boosters on both & double rewards, hope they give points back

 

Thanks everybody. It seems that today people are getting the 50% EP booster with their uri purchase so the problem seems to be fixed, DO just needs to compensate us for what he bought this past weekend.

 

It has been four days and still nothing. There has been no announcement other than from the mods, who state 'hopefully we will know something soon.' DO/BP you are starting to aggravate your customers. It's reasons like this, people believe DO/BP doesnt care about their customers. Mistakes happen and we all get that, but not communicating leads to frustration and players leaving the game.

Happy that most of the issue is getting fixed. Players who bought Level up boosters between 25th-26th of March will receive them on the 07th of April for 5 days (if you bought on the 25th and 26th you will receive 5 days of each) as OP32 mentioned on the discord. Again I apologise for the problems.
