No. It is only for Uridium Purchases

$1.99 will only get you 1 day. If you get $9.99 that's 30,000 uri. You'll get 50% ep for 5 days running. 5 Days maximum 1 Day per 5,000 uri. 30,000 will get you 5 Days plus an extra 5,000 uri More on Mega or Helix for the Uri

 

you get 3 days on mega and 4 days on helix for 1.99. who would pay 10$ for 30k uri anyways that wont even open a gate. the ship pacage i am asuming, it does give the 50% boost like the uridium bank does if opened today. but as a representative of darkorbit never responeded they lost a sale. there loss i guess.
