    Hi I Am Having Trouble With Changing Email Of My Account..
    I Got Hacked My Account From Darkorbit But I Logged In It With My Bigpoint Account.. Every Items Of Mine Got Sold. But I Wanna Change My Email But I Can't Please Help Me Out.. What Should I Do..

    I had this issue before please follow these steps and if they fail you need to contact Support as your email has been added to the Blacklist for some reason.

    1. On back Page Open the settings (Gear Icon)
    2. Select E-mail tab this shows current email address (if this is not your address you have lost control of the account and is your tough luck)
    3. Type new address replacing current address
    4. Select "NEXT" and check OLD email address
    5. Respond to email sent to you stating address is being changed IF you do not get this then contact Support
    6. Response will send a message to the NEW address saying address has been changed and needs to be responded to
    7. After response it logs you back in to the game and shows the name has been changed
    Support could not tell me why my address had been added to the Blacklist but I was able to get it changed after they removed it from it.
