    i was searching threw the servers to see who has the most points, but i clicked a server that is not active and now i don't have access to my main server because when i login it redirect me to the previous server so i keep getting the
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /ProjectApi/noInactive.php on this server.


    i need help

    Contact support.
    Nothing can be done through the forums for real issues, as this is only a location for Player to Player support.

    Support takes days to respond I been playing this game for 10 years. I am aware this is a player to player forum but I didn't post my question for a player to respond I posted it so a mod can reply and tell me the information I need to send support to resolve the issue quickly. clearly your no help.

    It's a well known issue that is being worked on. As soon as they have finished merging all the inactive accounts, you shouldn't experience this problem anymore. As KilerStreak mentioned, please contact Customer Support, including your UID, or in-game name and server, which is active and they'll switch it over for you.
