[GI] Account completely reset

    I haven't played in awhile and I wanted to log in and play a bit again. While logging into my account, I was greeted with the clan options and with confusion, I clicked EIC since that is usually what I choose.

    My entire account and everything I had is gone. 0 of everything. Was there some huge reset I'm not aware of? This is frustrating and angering, as I had a lot of things I worked hard for. The "Welcome to EIC" message was created 2018-10-01 but I don't recall being on then and I definitely wouldn't reset my own account.

    You may want to check to see if you are on the same server you played last.

    Go to the other servers by clicking the world icon at the top of the back page _after logging in_

    You can't log directly into a specific server, your account has a default that it logs into and you have to change it that way.
