  1. Hello is there anyone that i can contact in Bigpoint about the security of my account and my credit card! I play on a server where i do not speak the language so i cant not communicate with support? An email would be great.
     
  2. That could be a tough call but I have been told by support that you can submit something through the forum "chat." Also, you might just try an english support. Just be sure to let them know what server, and user number you are on that server so they can look at it. Explain to them that you do not speak the server language as well so maybe they can take care of it. Hopefully you are not talking about the Turkish servers as I think those are handled by a separate "Turkish" support, leaving you maybe in a bind.

    Hoping this helps. You just reminded me about something I need to contact support about.
     
  3. My best thought would be to "cancel" your payment type information first. You can do that on the Uridium page.

    Contact the support as mentioned above. You might also want to try using some program like google translate or something to better your communications. I use google it works very well for me when talking diplomacy with some clans on game, many players on my server are not English.

    Just a suggestion.

    The support system is directed through the same point (email address) and depending on your game language, you are answered by relavent support; therefore you can submit to support and get a reply in your language.
