[GI] account stuck at test server

i want to log in to us east 1

 

Try to change the address "test2" to "us1" leaving the rest of the text the way it is. This address should also be in your history if you have not cleared it recently.

 

It won't the account has been suspended.

 

Contact support to get them to kick you out of test, and to tell you what is up with the suspension. In the future, always move to another server after done with the test server. I have found myself in a server I never wanted if I left myself in the test server, so now I always move back to my main after test headaches.

 

I had this same problem, Try creating a new account on the page it sends you too.. This should log you into a NEW account and you will be-able to logout and log onto your main ship.

NEW account did absolutely nothing for me except give me a completely NEW account (useless).

This is a headache that had nothing to do with logging out in the Test Server. I had just selected to enter the test2 server and was sent to the log in page instead of the server and had me stuck until SUPPORT moved the account to a regular server.

The account has not been suspended with that message, it is a glitch on the test2 server and we were locked in limbo instead of being able to log into the normal servers.

Did you report it to SUPPORT? It only took me 10 hours to be placed back in the normal servers.

 

HMHY, I understand your situation, however a lot of players don't log out, and come back hours later to find they can't get anywhere because that is where they were last. The OP was just logging into the game and not trying to enter the test server.

Well what he posted as the address is the same thing I got when I tried to switch to the test2 server and was sent to the log in page instead and when re-logging was sent to that address page over and over.

Only way to fix it is to contact support and wait for them to respond that they have directed you to another server and it will send you back to the last server you were on, they told me they directed me to us2 but I went to us3 (where I was when I wanted to go to test2) but after this experience, I will read about the test server and formulate an OPINION, and post my thoughts instead of actual impressions from TEST.

10 hours of game time wasted trying to get back to my game is not something I want to repeat, and since I could not ask what went wrong or what I could do to prevent it in the future, told me the only way to prevent it is to not select that server again.

If you're stuck in the test server, please contact support. If you have already done so, please be patient. I understand that waiting an be trying, but while they are support, they are still people and try as they might, they aren't attached to the screen 24/7 either.

I know many players were jumped out last night/this morning, if there's more they will get to you and are actively working to do so!
