[GI] Are ish and Smartbombs effected by "Detonation" PPs?

    The question sums it up. I want a moderator to answer please so I can be absolutely sure.

    I have maxed of these and it does seem like the Smartbomb increased in damage but not radius.

    The so-called "increase" in damage that you noticed was merely due to your opponent having higher amounts of HP. Damage scales dependent on your target's HP.

    No ish is not affected by detonation pps
