[GI] Are servers down

    Only reason I ask is because when I log into the game it goes right back to the login page and I dont think I have been banned or anything so just wandering is all

    Hi,

    I logged into US East 1 at 8 am server time and did not appear to have any trouble.
    Are you still having the problem?
    It would help if you stated what Server, time and always post your user ID. It makes tracking down the problem a lot easier for the tech team.

    If the normal clearing of your various caches, a different web browser or rebooting of your computer and internet router/modem does not resolve this problem for you, you will need to write support for further assistance. All of the servers appear to be operating properly at this time.

    Closing as referred to support if necessary.
