[GI] Auction multi tabs

is it legal to have multi tabs open to make 10 bids in last 5 seconds i have seen several players do this and CM cant answer if it is legal. i ask one player how he was doing it, he said multi tabs. i find no rules on this. anyone?

I suggest you make a report to Support with the accusation so they can see what is happening here. I do not believe it is supposed to allow more than one window open for an account but I have not heard of this being able to happen. I have heard there is a BOT that allows a person to choose what items to bid on and how much and then applies the bid in the last few seconds of the auction, this is against the T & C and is justification for the loss of accounts.

I did, however, see it is something that is possible but the delay in bidding still allows for the items to be outbid as the first one to the last one requires extra time to switch windows and click the bid button. This would not be effective for more than 2 or 3 items.

You need to decide which form of support you want as using both Community and SUPPORT will get these threads closed without resolution.

This being said the ability to have multiple tabs open does seem to work, did not try bidding this way, and I could see where this might be an advantage but it is not using a third party software so it may not be fair but it is also not illegal.

It would be nice to know what the OFFICIAL stand is on this though. Maybe @OP32 or @Baracas could respond here for us, to get better understanding on Company feelings/interpretation on this.
