[GI] Auction not working on GA1

    I've tried to bid on auction, it takes the credits, but at the end of the auction it gives you back ur credits even if u win the auction.

    U receive no message that someone outbidded you or that you won any auction, it just gives u back the credits that u bid.

    Asked a clanmate to test and outbid me, and when he does it, i do receive the message that i have been outbid.

    So there must be some sort of problem with auction, since if u win the auction u will have ur credits back.

    last history of the auction that we can check is 2017/11/07 07:35:00 (server time)

    On Global Europe 3 i won 2 items on the auction and i did not got the items i won and my credits were taken even though i dont have the items in my inventory. And I also did not got any messages that i won or that I was outbid. Only took my credits and i did not get the items i won on the auction. Please check it. Thank you.

    We had the same problems on US West, but they've fixed them now. Yay!

    i had opposite problem bid on jump chip cpu2 won it great went offline came back to game and i have won 3 more chips logs off gets up this morning won 9 more chips that i havnt bid on gone to support got email back to say i have won one cpu jump chip i know that i told you that on my ticket .basically ime telling them there is a glitch dont want to get a bann

    You did what you could, Keep the emails as proof you tried, if they decide to try to hit you as an exploiter of the issue.

    thats it helpmehelp you sent 2 tickets just to let them no because ppl could abuse the bug on boosters .anyway will let you lot no wot appens from support regards

    There was a issue with auction house and tech team is aware of that, do you still experience this error ?

    It was sorted for me without having to report it. I bid on 2 items on GB1 server but couldn't find them for hours, then they turned up with a couple of extra items that I assume are compensation:
