[GI] auction page freezing

is anyone else having this problem? every time i place a bid,the page freezes after i click ok on the bid submitted notice.20 or 30 seconds go by and then i get a page unresponsive popup with the option to wait or close the page. i click wait and it takes 20 to 30 seconds for the auction page to go active again. the last 2 or 3 minutes of the auction are when bids are won or lost and things are taking so long with my bids that about 3/4 of the time my bid gets rolled over to the next hour where it's just a sitting duck and i loose. frustrating to say the least. i always clear everything on my computer before i log in and i'm not really having any other problems with gameplay here or with any of the other games i play. flying the maps, i'm not even having to much of a problem with lag right now. i play on usa west and i use chrome for my browser. thanks in advance.

 

Would maybe send a ticket to support it will probably get answered there faster, I know the game has some issues right now cause support is away on Holiday's like disconnecting while in game has happened many times to me in the last week or so. If you send in a ticket they can check your account for you, leaving a post in forums may just delay the time it takes as they will just ask you for you ID and Username here to check for you when if you send in a ticket they will check before sending a response one would hope!!
