[GI] Auction System keeps stealing my credits

Ok this is time after time i sent tickets to support each time i have to record my hourly auction 1 time i lost 150mil credits bidding on XL cloak cpu the next time it happened i sent ticket to support with proof and they said they gave me a 50cloak cpu back for the problems but when i checked they only gave me a 10 cloak, after that the auction was back working now today got ripped off for over 500mil credits. First time was earlier i bid 300 mil credits on XL cloak cpu but when i bid the auction just sits there and says waiting but nothing happens for over 3 min then it says bit accepted but when i look it's not there then the auction ends and I get no notice no cloak and no credits back. Then again a couple hours later it happened again for a bid of 250mil exact same thing happens. I have to bid 10 min before auction ends for my bid to place and that gives players the time to outbid me. So i loose over 500 mil credits again. FIX THE GAME every week every day players put up with something in the game not working and always with getting no where with support. 92948368 GA3 I am not sending in a ticket again cause I hate dealing with support each time i deal with them I feel like I am getting no where especially when they know the game is broke and they think we keep recording each minute of our session to prove each time something happens.

 

With this type of a problem I would definitely Capture the activity every time and then also show the inventory so you can have proof of what they gave to you when it was wrong. I too have given up hope with getting any help from Support. I seem to always get the pre-rehearsed canned responses and the tickets closed before I can say anything in response to their comments.

 

its a bug. dont bid at the end if you have slow internet.
i lost credits caple years ago that way and suport did nothing to replace or give back credits.

 

Thing is I don't have slow internet according to DO if you are based far away from server you have to go through so many any one of them could be causing lag. Funny thing though i have been playing for 6 years now and only the last year has been very bad and not just me all players I talk to have these problems from time to time.

 

If you feel your credits are not being returned after losing an auction please contact support.
You will need to provide them with before and after screen shots of your inventory and credits along with your UID and server.
