[GI] Auction

Is it just me or is this new test system just one big bug. I keep losing my bids due to the security check that just so happens to need to check me out within the 40 secounds of the Auction. If this isn't a bug it's just one more programing error by BP. Make it check everyone when log into the Auction and end this random thing at dorning the last 2 min.

 

I find it checks me if I am trying to bid on 5 items in an hour, or more. Its garbage but it also keeps programs from being able to just run bids. If it was not random, the programs would be written to login first and then bid.

 

I have never seen the security check and I am equipping all of the ships I own with the extras so I do not have to worry about transferring them just the guns and generators.

 

True on the random but if I've been bidding and it's getting close end and it's stops you telling you You going to fast. Hell I had to wait for to it reload before I could bid again. lol We humans make funny mistakes.

same here but i'm doing all. so not all ships are the same. making one with just the lazers and shields.

in the aution a min. ago I got blocked 3 times in the last 1:30 min. by the warning "To fast " what the hell is that? the page reloads and I'm to fast. Man did they mess up the Auction.

 

Yes, the auction is having issues. I just tried to bid on only 2 items. I waited around 30 seconds to bid on the 2nd item to time it to be near the end to win it and the message appeared, leaving no time remaining to get the 2nd valid bid in. Apparently the rules changes or there is a bug that prevents a nd bid within x amount of time. How much time is all we need to know please?

 

It has been happening to me too. I think you get that warning when your bid comes to close after another one. It is a serious pain in the backside. I know for a fact that people who bid lower than I got the item because my bid was 'too fast'.

Seems that this only started about two months ago? I never had this problem before.
