Same here i can get on back page but it is frozen and it runs all together guess i will find something else to do with my time until they fix it ^_^

Mine is Comcast and what does that have to do with the tech problem going on atm i can load other games just fine has nothing to do with my internet provider

I do not think it has anything to do with our internet providers it's their game i have tried all browsers samething and i also can load other games no problem

Hi White_Pepper,mine is Comcast but trust me it's not just for USA based players.It could be USA based servers..I play on East 3 and Global America 5.Also I am bilingual which means I speak Spanish too and according to the Spanish Forum people that play Spain,Global America Servers and they are from Spain,Mexico,Venezuela,Colombia,ETC and can not get into the game either.;/

well you could do a simple test to see if it is your internet provider causing the problem. Go to command Prompt on your computer when you pull it up type in ping darkorbit and there ya go i did it to mine and it's not my internet provider

I have passed up all the information I have at this point and support are looking into. I have tested all the servers that seem to be affected and was able to load everything fine but i am UK based thats why support asked ISP's.

I am a US West Coast player and my UID is 78747660, i cant load the gamepage at all for around 5 hours now. I also have tried 4 different browsers and got the same results

 

If you are able to login, you will notice that some of your hangers are inaccessible and the Skylab is blank when it loads as well.

Very upsetting, every time there is an event, we some how can't get in the game. Black page for over 5 hours now. Please fix it.
