[GI] banned for nothing

    hello.. my problem is thatbi cant login to my account... i was on equiping oage and i was chatting to my cousin in darkorbit chat while standing on base coz i was equiping aegis suddenly darkorbit showed new connection so i click on it and went directly back to the loging page after that i can not login.. ive tried to contact support but its 3rd day.. not even a single reply from support. dont knkw what the hell support wants from me. if thwy think i m a botter or any oher type of hacker. why do i use thosse things when i have full day to play and i purchases premium too for farming...and i k ow what happends to the botter admins baned their acount and delete PPs so im not that fool wo destroy own account. last time support banned my account for 1 month foz i ask support for help i was chat banned coz my account was hacked to i messaged to support why is my chqt banned but they banned my account and i lost whole 1 month premium and event too.. now again got banned for nothing. and now they are showing unexpected behave i ask for peoblem but they are not replying and banned my account for nothing

    This is Forum and as such WE cannot reply to what has happened between you and Support or before this time to your ship etc...
    I will only comment on their slow response... seems they have a number of issues to keep them busy and your issues will be answered as and when they can...you should have received an auto-reply saying your issue will be addressed... please be patient as now is a weekend ...

    Once you have contacted support there is little the mods can do as the issue is being dealt with by support, while waiting for a reply from support you can try a browser and flash cache clean and flush your router by powering it off and waiting for 30-40 seconds and then power back up and wait for a few minutes for it to update.

    If you have not even gotten the automated response after 3 days, it could be the request didn't go through.

    The description of what you dealt with sounds like the server went down, not that you got banned. Have you tried to log in again since this happened. As the other people have stated if you did not get the auto-response email then there was a problem contacting Support, but if you did receive this then please be patient as they are very busy with all of the issues that have been created since April 1st and are still going on.

    Please be patient. Support have been slammed for weeks now with all the issues. They will get to you, but they have to try to get back to everyone else and get every other query sorted through too.

    Be patient, if you got the autoreply from the system then they will get back to you.
