    just tried !@# so a clan with less then 10 cant build?

    WHERE IS THE NOTICE OF CHANGE

    AND MORE IMPORTANTLY ASKING IF ITS WHAT WE WANTED

    I dont do CBS personally but I have seen a number of threads along these lines...

    maybe it is all to do with the false start we are experiencing with the Assembly Event/system and your additional information may help in the degug...
    If you cannot find an answer there or in other threads with your subject from the last couple days then I suggest you contact support
