[GI] Best subscriptions Pack

    My last best subscriptions pack was going to end on the 15/04/2020, so today (Saturday) I bought it again. When I went to see the date it expired, it says 15/05/2020. WHERE ARE MY 11 EXTRA DAYS BIGPOINT?! If you buy premium sepperatly it adds up. Anything adds up really. SO WHY IS THIS PACKAGE SPECIAL AND WHY DON´T YOU SAY IT DOESN´T STACK UP? ALWAYS WITH THE BS!

    I DEMAND my 11 "extra" days, this is inadmissible

    I don't see the issue. From what you say, the first pack lasts until 15/04/2020, and the second one lasts for 30 days from 15/04/2020 to 15/05/2020. So you have 40 days of subscription left in total.

    I really can't see a problem here ?

    You pack was ending at 15/04/2020

    so you bought 30 days more so its add the date to 15/04/2020 like it should do

    Everything is correct added on your subscription
