[GI] Blocked account on scandinavia server

    Hello dear moderators and DO players,
    I try solve my problem with my nationality support, but they dont have enough rights to solve my problem.
    When i contacted England support they send me back to nationality support or German support.
    I dont speak German and i have no friend who can translate for me to communicate with German support.
    My nationality support recommend me contact "scandinavia" support.
    So my question is which one support can help me when i play on scandinavia server.
    I was looking for someone and i found Iso-Hampuri he is community manager for english speaking scandinavian players. But he is only forum moderator right ?
