[GI] Blocked myself out of the acc

So bassicaly i see that testserver 2 was open , and wanted to log in , but i guess it was offline or something , and it sent me to the darkorbit main page .

The problem is that now every time i want to log in into the game it redirects me to the test2.darkorbit.... Is there any way i can reset the server i play without beeing in game?

Playing on GA1, (no replacing test2 with int2 does not work)

 

This same thing happened to me im on a Noob ship now i cant log on my main

 

so ur stuck in the test server?

 

Does the in game client work on the test for you?

 

no i cannot conenct to the game . my browser will redirect me to http://test2.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=calmDown when i try to login in my acc...

ok, well then you need to contact support, as this is the wrong place for technical issues such as this one.

 

I also have this problem Now i Will have to wait 3 days For support to reply and wont be able to log into my Main account now .... this is so stupid this is the type Of small things that piss me off...

 

I am having to use a friend to post as I can not access any part of the game and YES I sent message to SUPPORT but I know it takes up to 2 weeks for them to respond to anything sent to them. So much for the event and any enjoyment HelpMeHelpYou might have got from the game, all because he wanted to give feedback on the Assembly TEST. He won't be doing the TEST Server ever again IF he even stays with the Game after this fiasco.

Actually we could get a faster response from the forums IF the moderators passed it to the Tech Team.

 

I had this same problem, Try creating a new account on the page it sends you too.. This should log you into a NEW account and you will be-able to logout and log onto your main ship.

 

HelpMeHelpYou has 3 friends that have tried to help him, we all can log into the game on his computer but he is still locked on the log in (new account page) so how does creating a new account make any difference it is not linked to his account as our accounts are not.

 

Contact with support they will direct your account to which server you choose.

He has and is waiting for them to contact him. Problem is the last contact with them took 2 weeks for them to respond to him.

 

Tried this even thou I knew it wouldn't work. I was right. Creating a new account has no affect on the old one.

 

I have also tried refreshing Chrome. Tried using internet explorer. Nothing is working.

 

Well it only took 10 hours to get the account out of limbo.

Would have been nice if Mods would have sent messages to tech team instead of waiting for SUPPORT to do anything for me.
