[GI] Bought uri during mega but did not receive it?Have confirmation email

Hi all,I do not have the problem but someone in my clan bought the package 150,000 Uridium - 500 EE + Defcom ship + Hercules Drone Design and has not receive any of it.Since he did the transaction in Spanish he wrote to Spanish support but they told him that he already received it and should first check his ship before sending them an email.I really want to help him because he paid for it and its not fair for him to lose money like that.If our support can help on this and want transaction number or anything i can provide it.Thanks!

 

Unfortunately there is nothing that we here in forums can do to assist them on this issue. He will need to contact the support team and provide the transaction receipt and possibly copy his log book from the time he purchased the package and a few hours afterwards. Also have them take a screen shot of the hanger... If the Defcom is not there, that will show he did not receive the package.

As for our support team being able to assist, the actual player will need to contact support and we and support can not give any information about another players account to you due to privacy laws.
