[GI] BP took my money and block my acc

    last sunday during the helix sale i purchase 7 packeges of 150.000 uridium in order to obtain 7 hercules designs ,for some reson the payment from my credit card failed (my credit card being valid and within its limit) therefore tuesday morning BP suspended my account and told me i owe them 282 pounds.in order to make the payment i buyed two PAYSAFE CARDS enter the link provided and purchase the packeges to cover the amount i was owe.i made the payment and soon after on my mail i recived confirmation of order from BP .suport is sayn that is not proof of payment and im still blocked and they deny my payment.please help with any advice,tomorrow morning im contacting CITIZEN ADVICE.anyone had this problem before?
    PS: also i sent suport a statement from my PAYSAFE ACCOUNT and they still saying that is not a proof of payment!
     
  2. Correct me if I am understanding this wrong. You bought 7 individual 150K Uridium packages. Some or all of them failed to process properly and D O informed you that you still owe for the failed transactions. Instead of finding out how to pay the amount needed you bought more packages with a prepaid card (this is where I need confirmation) or you paid on the designated link from SUPPORT to make the payment needed. I am not sure if you bought these all 7 in one transaction or 7 individual transactions (like I would with the goal of getting 7 designs).

    First, I would check with your credit card company and verify the amount charged to your card and number of transactions charged. Second, check my emails and verify the transactions were sent to you as they were processed. Third, having all of the information saved to computer files, send them to SUPPORT attached to an email. Fourth, verify the PaySafe Cards processed to your account (again you should have been sent email of the transaction(s). Fifth, if they continue to block the access to the game file a dispute with your credit card company for the charges paid to BigPoint in the last 60 days.

    I have read others having issues with the Payment system recently but not to this extent especially with as unstable as the game is right now.
     
  3. Contact your credit card company and see if your 7 purchases flagged on their system. That will tell you why you initially had an issue.

    Next you need to see if the same happened on your Paysafe account.

    Finally you need to get with Payment Support and work with them on the issue. Your account is blocked because you signaled that you intended to make purchases, in this case 7 but didn't pay for it. Ball is in you court to pay them, and you will likely find that your Card company and Paysafe has the amount charged in a pending state since there was the flag. Once you finally get the payment through, the pending charges will disappear after about a week.
     
  4. when i buyd those 150k uri x7 i did one at the time becouse after each purchase i was checking if they were given the 500gg and the herc design i was told from suport that they were thinking its a fraud atempt so they canceld the payment from my credit card,on my bank statement nothing is showd.but on my paysafe acount its shows the payment for bigpoint.i sent to suport the confirmation wich they sent and they still deny that i payd the money.im gonna go to police couse this is a fraud ,ive been tricked for 282 pounds and also been tricked for the money that ive invest before couse i put money in and they deny acces to my account
     
  5. Complain to paysafe. If you are not getting your product from BP, but paid it out, you should get a refund from paysafe. Ask Paysafe if the payment is pending or finalized. It can show you that its done but they can see more. That is probably why BigPoint is not accepting your proof. Its just pending. You will probably need to ask what method you can use, which will probably be a slow one. Then after the pending period times out, you will get your money back from PaySafe.

    this has happened to me my friend last year wen trying to by 2x75 pound mhh i got blocked thought it wozback page lag.next morning tried doing lotto online wouldnt work.rushed down to the bank card wouldnt work OMG had to go to work felt sick all day and phone rang fraud squad asked me if i play agame online i said yes darkorbit why have i been scammed they said unusual transaction then unblocked me if this helps.hope everthing works out for you

    This isn't really the place to be discussing this but I can advise you that you need to work out the amounts owed against the amount paid by your credit provider. It seems like one or the other blocked the transactions as a potential fraud protection measure. If you are going to CAB then make sure you take ALL transaction details and copies of the email correspndences. They should be able to help you make sense of this and resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
