[GI] Buying APIS

Hello, as usually i cant find my way around these forums, which section is right and which is wrong, so hopefully i hit right..

Having a little peek at the Russian servers i see that tomorrow is Apis day, meaning its 25% cheaper, that doesnt really mean much, normally, but since ive also spent quite a bit of keys on ZEUS days ive been looking for a day to buy a rebate package, i dont usually buy em, but with such big purchases i feel like its worth it.

So i currently have ~300k uridium, 20 zeus parts 23 apis parts, i have membership, and planning to buy rebate.

Apis at 23 parts would cost 177.5k, with all the sales it would go down to around 80k uridium.

Taking off the Zeus price ive got 110k uridium left, should i buy Apis for 80k?

Or since its also booty keys sale should i open bootys for ~30k, and so on until im on the verge of apis price, hitting 0 uridum in the end but getting apis for cheaper?

Or should i just buy zeus, not bother with the apis, buy keys, save them for LF4 day, and keep doing that until i reach 45 parts to get the APIS for free?

 

Its a preference thing. Unless you were working on making uridium for something else, say upgrades, I would go ahead and get the two drones.

 

Get apis, 23 parts is nice, you can also wait and use keys on lf4 day or zeus day and hope to get some more parts for apis as well, but I would say 80K uridium for apis is not much. Furthermore: after part 22 or 23 the price doesn't drop that much anyway so it's not really worth to wait in my opinion.

So buy apis, then use keys on zeus day till you got like 23 zeus parts, then 25% rebate and buy zeus, then keys for lf4 day / drone upgrades / others.

 

Ive got 20 zeus pieces, why 23? Was that just a random number or? I got to 20 because for every piece until 21 it drops the price like 50k uri, if you used 50k uri on keys youd probably get that 1 part and ammo etc, but after piece 20 each piece drops only like 10k uri, and i highly doubt you can get a zeus part in 12 ish keys?

Generally i play games that have low RNG when it comes to these things, so i would like to see a calculation where you can see if the 300 dmg provided by apis would make it up in time to actually buy, or would it be more efficient to just get it for free, but having less damage, sadly DO doesnt release percentages, so calculations like these would have to be rounded up way too much, making them useless, but yeah, guess ill just hear more opinions and then decide.

 

those 2 drones make a huge difference for your game if it's within your budget i would get both. with the extra dmg and shield you shave time off each kill might not seem like much for only one kill but if you time 10 kills now and 10 kills after you'll be all smiles. i say extra shield that's for your shield config and also with faster kills means less damage you take so more time between reps also

 

All to complicated, there are already such things as ´´apis table cost´´ which show you exactly how much the price drops per pice. Also note that the 23 was just random, it could be 21 as well, there is moment indeed where the price doesn´t drop that much anymore. From there it´s best to instantly buy it, you can wait and hope your lucky but it would take much longer since you should only use keys during lf4 day or zeus day. And that 2 drones make a huge difference indeed, so what are you waiting for? ^^
