[GI] Can not loggin to game page.

It seams for the fews days that the backpages keep locking up. Then I started have issues with loggin into game page. It seams that the flashplayer will not load. I have reinstalled the flashplayer, That didn't work. So I tryed using another computer same issue, Tryed changing browsers same issue. 1 out 10 try's gets me in. So after all my looking I come to the same point it's a game issue. Anyone else having these issues.

 

First to help solve issues it is best to know which server you are dealing with.

Is D O played on the other machines you tried? When was the last time the History/Caches were cleared? Is Flash an add-on or does the browser supply its own version (as many did when Flash announced the intention to shut down support)?

My experience is the opposite (9 out of 10 I get in) and I usually close the client window and retry and have no issue after that. But I use Opera and it clears the history every time I close the browser, and I clear the Caches on a weekly basis. Modem is turned off every night.

On which server you face the issue, what exact time this is happening. Do you have any running background programs that can affect your browser ? If the main procedure (clearing cache/update flash/removing history) is not helping you please send the ticket to the support with as detailed description of the issue so they can check it out and prevent from happening again.

Crome and microsoft edge had the same issue in both. I normaly only play in the earl morning west coast server. It is an issue I only have in this game. It happens in no other game or any place I need a flash player. The fact that it is happen on two browsers tells me its the game. a bug in the info sent to the flash player. It seams sometimes to only load 1/2 way then stops. now today no issue but for two days it took a few trys then it would lock up and that ended me logging in to game page. As far as history and cache I clean daily.

 

well it took 15 reboots to get to game page this morning and after server restart still trying on like 20 reboots. Get a notice no screen that states: Waiting for big point connection. fix something will ya.

 

well after 35 trys I'm walking away. Maybe they'll fix it fast or not at all if we look back at this games history. History always repetes it self.
