[GI] cancel subscriptiom

    ok so i bought a rebate and prem for the rest of august. and i would use it for a day and then the second day i would go and cancel the subscription, that way i the system doesnt automatically renew the subscription but i will still have it for the rest of august.
    problem is im in the ur newest version of the payment section and i cant seem to find where to cancel the subscription. pls help

    From the main page, click on Uridium, and then Subscriptions...

    ya but it doesnt ask me if i can cancel my subscription. it just says the subscriptions i have.

    in the older version of payment section there was an option to cancel ur subscription and it would go as 'canceled' under action beside status

    but in the newer version of thr section i do not have an option to renew or cancel.

    yup currently using the prem and doubler and in the subscriptions it says status : active
    ofc i want the action; cancelled but still use it soit dont auto renew

    Uridium -> Get Uridium -> Status & Cancellations (In the top right corner)

    Contact support and tell them you want to make sure they were cancelled. If they wernt cancelled then support will do so.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    Please follow the instructions for cancellation of subscriptions as mentioned below:
    - Click on uridium page from you back page.
    - Click on subscriptions.
    - Click here to delete your personal banking details. (use this option to clear you last payment method)

    Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?
