[GI] can't trade pally on 5-2

thanks in advance for any help.......trading station on 5-2 acts the same as on a home base and i can't trade my pally for gg spins. i'm level 15 with level 10 pet.....thought's?

 

It takes 15 pally for each spin/sale. Mine works, thank goodness...

 

i have over 100 pally that i can't trade for spins.....i'm i missing something ?

You can try to log out of the game and clear your browser/flash player cache, this is often the solution to fix problems ingame.

 

i do that often and have tried for a couple of months to trade pally. thought that maybe there is some requirement that i haven't fulfilled.

When at the base are you hitting the TRADE Icon? When you do this the normal sell window pops up and shows what is in the cargo bay. Under the different ores you see the value you get for each ore and EXCHANGE under the "Pally". The exchange will take multiples of 15 out and replace them with E E Spins.

If you are not seeing the EXCHANGE under Pally then there is something wrong and it needs to be looked into by Support. You might try to collect another 20 Pally (8 EE) and then try it again.

 

ok so i have no idea how i've been so blind that i didn't see the VERY bright exchange button under the pally.lmao. many thanks for the help and you may close this thread. i'm still laughing........
