[GI] Cant turn off the background

Logged in a couple days ago to find the background turned on. When I went to turn it off again I saw it was already turned off. So now I cant turn off the background. Why have the option in settings if it does nothing??!! I would like to be able to the damn background off.

 

Logged in yesterday to find background on/off option totally removed from 3d settings. Will these be returned? If not, game becomes unplayable at least for myself. The way background seems to move producing a mild vertigo, was able to reproduce this effect in co-workers today. This vertigo effect strongest in those who work heights.

We all know about this problem and an SMod told me they spoke with the devs, for bringing back the "none backgrounds" option.

I agree with Stompy, I had the option to put background on or off, and now the option for none is gone, If I wanted you to tell me how to see the game I would have asked you!

 

this is not a bug there is a thread somewere that exsplains this also i have spoken to chat admin the idea of the background is so it can catch botters easy i dont understand how but also they have no plans as of yet to remove this update also . the only time they would look at it is if it was couseing the game to disable or they had enuth complaints made

 

I pay for premium, rebate/doubler, since these backgrounds have been on I have not been able to play as it really does make me feel these backgrounds are right in your face, not nice DO at all, your (particle textures) make me feel nauseous, haven't had that feeling since DOOM because of that terrible ~engine~ they used. Hate to waste all my subs, might be asking for compo!

It's now Sunday which = DO you have lost out on £50 since these backgrounds have been here. I'm NOT spending another £££ until they're gone. Your loss not mine as Rank means jack poop to me!

 

troll la loo la lo lo lo.... oh wait. I have a ontopic comment. me to same kappa. dark orbit can you fix this ? ? ? my guess is no you cant fix this. I figure you dont have the know how. But i could be wrong so why not try and fix it

 

been playing for years with a black screen background I find the backgrounds quite annoying and causing more lag than usual, please give us the option of removing them again, my game time even further reduced by this, hardly playing probably turn into never play if this doesn't change

 

Turn OFF the stupid backgrounds! fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it. Gimme my dang black screen back!
