[GI] Cargo Bay Full Bug

I've checked some tips on other reports on this forum, yet there's no changes to my cargo bay.
Anyways I tried the seprom refinery in which was reported before and nothing happened.
I also tried trading resources yet there's no resources to trade.
Last I also tried refining the resources to see if I can refine them to smaller bits and bigger space. Yet again nothing happened.
I may have a feeling that it was the skylab but I don't think it is the skylab.

How much? Is it 10,000?

 

So what amount of resources do you have? Do you have Seprom? Do you have Palladium? Can you give us a screenshot of the Refining window with the Upgrade Tab? What ship are you using?

What is its max cargo hold? What is your user id and server so a mod can take a look?

At any rate, I can't tell what the real problem is. For logging in since at least one time after Thanksgiving until the end of November, you get 10k Seprom for free. You have to move it to get access to cargo space. Was that the issue?

Hi,

Did you check you cargo to see how much you have?

Regardless, of the amount if you have any, then please sell them off. Then log out and clear your cache.
Upon logging back in please try and transfer one (1) item of Seprom or any other rock.

If it goes through, then increase it to 100 then 1000.

If the one rock does not go through, then please let me know.

You will also need to provide your:
Username
UID
Server

Yes as I also have the cargo expansion which gains me 10,100 but the problem is I literally don't have rocks anymore and it won't allow me to transfer as again said cargo bay full as I only had 2 Prometium. None which was successfully transfered.

 

@ GInsertNameHere : On your client screen, click the 'Refining' icon, then click the 'Upgrade' tab.
Check to see if Palladium or Seprom have any values.
To sell/exchange your Palladium you'll need to go to 5-2 map.
If you have Seprom, then you need to move it to your laser/rockets/shields.
If there is no value shown for either Palladium or Seprom, then you can transfer some resources to your ship.
Please note: your Skylab needs to be able to produce these ores so you have to have a level upgrade to Skylab on at least all of the modules there (best to have those on the left at a minimum of 5 and then the Prometid and Duranium at 3; Promerium and Xenomit at 2; Seprom at 1).

Recently there was a bonus sent out, that also included 10k seprom. Check to see that this is not the problem. On ship page go to the icon top of game page for refining, tilted arrow with another arrow pointing upwards sign above. Click tab for upgrade and see if there is 10k Seprom there. If so put it on rockets and lasers shields ect.

Though I did not remember having 10k seprom when this happened because when I first checked at the upgrades/refinery it did not show any value but what matters that it worked as it should be.
This may be closed as problem has been solved.
