[GI] change design

hello, currently im using surgeron goliath design, if i want to change desing do i need to transfer all my stuf? just tried to activate sovereign and notice there is nothing on config?

 

You can not "Transfer", you have to delete the configs of the Surgeon and then apply the equipment to the Sovereign.

 

I didnt expressed good transfer would be nice. so, lets clear i cant change design like we all do in past. now every time i want to chang design i need to "take off from currently design and apply to another"? I really hope this aint true?

 

There are the normal ship changes that have always had to be done this way. The Surgeon and Pusat are the 2 designs we used to be able to switch to and from, as a Goliath or Vengeance, that due to the extra slots can not do a straight transfer to. All of the other class ships can be transferred. While in the Sovereign, select "Manage" and in that window select "Transfer" this will show a list of ships you can transfer the equipment into. There are a few steps added with the New Hangar but most of it is still like the old system.

The Dev Team is supposed to be working on a work around solution to allow the 2 aforementioned ships interchangeable with the transfer system also. Currently the system works just like the old Hangar system, you equip the Basic Ships you want to use (Vengeance, Goliath, Spearhead, Aegis, Citadel) and then decide what design/Ship you want to use but now you have to equip the Pusat and Surgeon separately, so if you were used to having each of the basic ships ready to fly and do a quick change to a different design D O has added two more ships that have to be equipped.
